Role & Responsibilities:

  • Identify product roadmap and development plan of building materials for European market based on customer requests and market research
  • On-time deliver product catalog by cooperating with cross function teams who located in China/Americas/Europe
  • Responsible for the product catalog management of all kinds of building material, performance evaluation on a regular basis by co-working with global catalog team
  • Responsible for customer product catalog delivery along with YTWO platform implementation, including to understand and manage customer requests and deliver product catalog to customers
  • Support business development workshop, including customer survey and YTWO product solution introduction, etc.
  • Support R&D on YTWO platform UAT activities and continuous improvement
  • Responsible for the other tasks assigned by the line manager or top management

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • At least 3 years’ experience in product marketing/product development/project manager/account manager of building material manufacturer/retailers/distributor, or related industries
  • Excellent product knowledge and market sense, strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Good communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on, energetic and result-driven; a good team player and a good leader
  • Good command of English
  • Demonstrated analytical experience with a focus on the root cause and corrective actions
  • Ability to travel domestically and sometimes internationally
